Montesino Ranch was the perfect venue for Chris and Nicole’s rustic Texas wedding with a large barn, tractor and windmill as the backdrop for the day’s festivities. For their first look, Nicole hid behind a large bouquet of gold and lavender balloons as Chris approached with her adorable dog in tow. Their outdoor ceremony was situated in front of a beautiful field of sunflowers with colorful wildflowers hanging from a large wooden frame. Sister Sledge’s “We are Family” kicked off the processional with the wedding party forming a train and dancing their way down the aisle. This was by far the most exciting start to a ceremony we’ve ever witnessed! The bride, escorted by her father, wore a beautiful mermaid cut Pronovias strapless dress with feather trim on the neckline and lace appliqués. Chris and Nicole exited the ceremony through a cloud of bubbles to Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” with their dog leading the way. The evening began with the couple’s first dance and music by the folk-indie-bluegrass quintet Sour Bridges while guests enjoyed Texas BBQ and delicious dessert from Hey Cupcake. The night ended with friends and family lined up in the barn to send off the bride and groom with an explosive sparkler exit! Big congratulations to Nicole and Chris!
