We met our bride Sara at her sister’s wedding several years ago and couldn’t wait to see this fun loving family again for wedding number two. Sara and Santiago’s lakeside summer wedding was held at St. John’s Lutheran center in Bellville, Texas. Their outdoor ceremony was perfectly situated on a 90 acre retreat complete with an idyllic lake setting and gorgeous wooded surroundings. The dinner took place outside, with seating for more than 100 guests at a single family-style table situated on a peninsula jutting out into the center of the lake. The tables were adorned with candles and modern white vases filled with English boxwood on top of black and white striped tablecloths.
The reception kicked off with the very talented DJ Chaney who kept the dance floor moving all night long. As usual the bride’s family brought down the house with some show stopping moves – as you can see in one of our favorite photos of the bride’s brother effortlessly swinging his sister around his waist. There were not only one, but two Dirty Dancing style lifts, because sometimes the men also need to show off their hidden talents to prove they can be graceful too. Before the night was over they had a good old fashioned bride and groom toss. We wish the party could have lasted forever, but the night came to an end and we sent the newlyweds on their way with an awesome sparkler exit! Congratulations Sara and Santiago!
Awesome! wedding fun and happiness
